On The 3D Animation Techonolgical Discription Of The Uyghur Fairy Tailes

At the present society in which science and technology have been gaining the fastest development ever,countries around the world are trying to expand their sphere of influence and improve their countries' soft power by using the means of science and technology.As a product of advanced technology,the 3D Animation technology has a great significance in enhancing the development of a country's cultural power and expanding its soft power.Hundreds of years ago,the Silk Road of the mainland and ocean were the roads that connect China's west and east.In 2013,President Xi Jin ping proposed “The Belt and Road” construction guidelines.Since then,the Silk Road welcomed the new revival times.The development of the Silk Road is closely related to the development of soft power.Li Tao said that the animation technology plays extremely important role in enhancing the soft power of a certain nation.As a part of Uyghur and Chines culture,Uyghur fairy tales contain the elements of the Silk Road culture and combining the tales with 3D animation which is the product of the advanced technology attaches significant importance in preserving and developing intangible cultural heritages.This paper includes three chapters.The first chapter includes the discussions of animation theories,its developmental history,3D animation techniques and its production procedures as well as the the Uyghur fairy tales' structures and their significance,research methods,research status at home and in China.The second chapter includes the discussions of the statues of the field investigation conducted on the thesis.The third chapter mainly discusses the animation process and significances of animating the selected Uyghur fairy tale “Magic Box” as well as the author's future research plans and the present primary-stage achievements.
