Population aging is a long-term state of our society in the future,and the elderly population will become such an important component that cannot be ignored.Therefore,it is very urgent and necessary to study how to guarantee the happy and harmonious life of this group.Happiness index can be used as a reflection of the elderly happy and harmonious life,thus improve the happiness index is a meaning of protecting the happy life of the elderly.The factors that affect the happiness index are diverse.This paper attempts to study the correlation between the music learning and the happiness index of the elderly students in the elderly university.So that we can know whether musical learning can affect the feeling of life and how to affect it.The correlation between the happiness index and music learning of old people in elderly university is investigated in this study,and the theoretical analysis is made subsequently.Before carrying out the study,200 elderly students in a number of elderly universities in Hubei Province were interviewed,and 139 valid questionnaires were got.Then the obtained data were analyzed reasonably by scientific method.To get the correlation of music learning and the happiness index in elderly university,the music learning of the old people was set up as the independent variables,and the happiness was set up as the dependent variable in this study.Then quantitative analysis was made to obtain the normalized numerical parameters.Finally,the conclusion of correlation was acquired by data fitting.In addition,through the quantitative analysis,the impact on happiness index of other factors,such as age,gender,and non-research subjects were excluded in this study.The following conclusions were drawn from the data results:(1)The happiness is gradually increased with the gradual strengthening of music learning participation.The two variables showed a significant positive correlation.When the participation degree of music learning is too high,the happiness index decreases gradually,and the relationship between the two variables is negative.(2)Music learning is still insufficient,most of the elderly's music learning participation can be strengthened,elderly university music education business should still be strengthened.(3)Music learning has a great influence on subjective well-being,and obviously promotes subjective well-being.It has a large influence on psychological well-being and a certain degree of promoting on psychological well-being.Music-learning-effect on social well-being is not so apparent.Based on the theoretical framework of music learning and happiness,analysis and demonstration were carried out.While the influence of music learning on subjective well-being,psychological well-being and social well-being of the old people was also discussed theoretically.Finally,it is concluded that the participation of music learning activities can significantly improve the well-being of the students in elderly university,meanwhile,it should not be too frequent into music learning,otherwise,the happiness of the elderly students may reduce.
