Glass objects discovered in the tombs from different social ranks of Han Dynasty or before it were proved to be domestic or imported?Domestic or imported glasses can be Subdivided into two types:beads and other glasswares?Beads are the ProtoTypes of other glasswares,to learn the glasswares better,We could not ignore the beads?Glasswares consist of Bi?decorations of swords?seals?vessels and other stuff?It's hard to decide the specific producing area of imported glasses,However the manufacturing technologies are alike?In order to grasp the key point,We only analyse the glasses made in Roman Empire which is famous for the glass making?This article will give both the domestic and imported glasses careful observations and comparisons through the argumentation?Statistics and Physical Observations to find the differences and similarities of them?This article will answer the following questions:Firstly,where are the imported glasses from?In this chapter,I will discuss how the glasses to evolve from the immature state of Faience beads to the mature state?Secondly,how the imported glasses and domestic glasses to be made are also in consideration,In this aspect,I will give a detailed explanation of making glass?Finally,In the talking of how the production center to exist in Roman Empire and Han Dynasty,here we will discuss different factors to find the similarities?Except the introduction,This article has five chapters?The first chapter has two sections,the first section introduces the Fainces found from the tombs of Western Zhou Dynasty to Spring and Autumn period?The second section introduces the glass found from the tombs of the Warring States period?Chapter two has three sections?Section one introduces the imported galasses found in the tombs of Han dynasty?Section two is about the domestic glasses of Han dynasty?I will compare the weight?shapes?decorations of them to lead to the basic the differences of them?Section three is about the trades between Han and Roman Empire?Chapter three has two sections,Section one introduces the popularity of glasses made in Roman Empire?Section two introduces the differences of Domestic and imported glass making in consideration of ingredients?making methods and decoratings?Chapter four has two sections too,The first one is to analyse the producing center of the Roman Empire,the rest is to introduce the producing center of domestic glasses from the angle of location?ingredients?politics?talents?beauty appreciations and trades?Chapter five is the ending,This chapter explain the meaning of galss comparions?we have to say the meaning of carrying research into glass is to uncover the interactions and communications to other countries of Han Dynasty?Glass to circulate and trade on the Silk Road connected Han Dynasty and countries in west Asia?South Asia?Studying the glass is to Study the interactions on the Silk Road?...
