The revival of Ci-poetry in the early Qing is an important phenomenon in literary history.This thesis offers a new explanation for this revival from the perspective of the Ci poems on drama,whieh was written by numerous authors and exemplified with many excellent works.Combining the historical and humanistic backgrounds,Chapter 1 examines the Ci poems on drama during Shunzhi and Kangxi eras how to inherit and innovate traditional subjects of Ci-poetry,and how to expand its modern subjects,exploring their contributions to the aesthetic quality of Qing Ci.Chapter 2 focuses on the drama appreciation activities which were performed at the parties for entertainment,elucidating its positive significance and influence on the literati gatherings and making reciprocal poetry on drama as a new social field.And analyze the leading roles of headmen of important Ci-poetry communities in writing the Ci poems on drama.Together,they are both conducive to promoting the peak of ci revival. |
