Research On The Incentive System Of Gansu Province's Film And Television Excellent Creation

Through the basic theory and characteristics of target incentive,this paper makes a thorough study on the target incentive system of film and television quality creation.Despite the development of national economy and the improvement of people's living standards,the creation of excellent films and TV plays in Gansu and China has shown a good situation of rapid development.However,compared with abundant creative resources and creative practice at home and abroad,Gansu's film and television quality creation "lacks quantity" more "lacks quality",and the quality,influential quality works are more scarce.Film and television quality is an important part of literary and artistic quality,playing a leading role.Since 2012,Gansu Province has proposed the construction of a large cultural province,introduced some support measures and incentive system,and the creation of film and television products has ushered in a rare opportunity.In addition to Gansu's rich history and culture,rich natural resources,these are unique resources and conditions for the creation of film and television products.Compared with abundant resources,Gansu's film and television drama creation practice quality is not high and quantity is not much.A very important aspect is that the incentive system for film and television quality creation is not perfect enough.How to base on the reality of Gansu Province and historical and cultural resources,establish and improve the support and incentive system for the creation of film and television products,give full play to the role of the incentive system,fully mobilize the enthusiasm of all levels,stimulate the creative passion to the maximum extent,create films and television products that meet the expectations of the people and have a high artistic level,which are both good and popular,and "meet the growing needs of the people" The need for a better life is a very important and urgent issue.This paper comprehensively uses the methods of literature,comparative analysis and interview to analyze the current situation and operation of the incentive system for the creation of high-quality films and TV programs in Gansu Province.The main problems are found as follows: incentive dislocation,unscientific incentive criteria,lack of incentive effect of incentive measures,and unsatisfactory assessment and evaluation.Therefore,using the relevant content of the target incentive theory,after comparing the experience and practices of the domestic and foreign incentive system for the creation of film and television works,the paper puts forward the optimization scheme of the incentive system for the creation of film and television works in Gansu Province.
