Huang Chang,a number one scholar in 1082,has written Anthology of Yan Shan.the year he lived are those full of fierce partisan battling in the Northern Song Dynasty.however,there is still no conclusion as to which party he belonged to.this dissertation,through exploring Huang’life,finds out that he built political marital alliance with some XinDang(新党)members meanwhile he deeply identified with political reform in XiNing(熙宁)period.it could be concluded that he belonged to XinDang(新党)not only did Huang politically support,but also he had academic thinking similar to JinGongXinXue(荆公新学).His thought of ZhouLi(周礼)was identical to Wang AnShi and other XinDang(新党)members.Apart from his mastery of Confucius,he grasped gist of Daoism and Buddhism and he reconcile the divergence among the three through Confucius.Complexity and diversity of huang manifested the merging of different thoughts and help us understand characteristics of itellectual of Shi-da-fu(士大夫)against the background of three religions converge.
