Study On Dai Li

In modern China,in the face of the exchanges between China and the West,a group of people who supported traditional Chinese culture are regarded as old-style scholars,and become synonymous with "fogyism",gradually being marginalized and forgotten.Dai Li is one of them.She is a well-known female scholar in the late Qing Dynasty.She is diligent and well-knowledged,and her achievements in ritual studies have been written in the book "Da Dai Li Ji Ji Zhu" and "Li Ji Tong Shi"."Da Dai Li Ji Ji Zhu" can be described as Attentive work,which reflects Dai Li’s academic style and ritual achievements.This article focuses on "Da Dai Li Ji Ji Zhu" to explore its academic achievements,wishing to enrich the understanding of the full view of modern Chinese academic history.The paper is divided into four parts: The first part is the introduction,which mainly ststes the origin of the topic and the research status.The second part is about the deeds and the life of Dai Li.Before studying her academic thoughts,we must first have a certain understanding of Dai Li’s life.Therefore,the author introduces the relevant information about his family history,friendship,works and so on.The third part is the study of the "Da Dai Li Ji Ji Zhu",which is also the focus of this article.It has three sections.The first section mainly introduces the research status of "Da Dai Li Ji" and the style of "Da Dai Li Ji Ji Zhu";the second section discusses its academic achievements,including the exegetical content of "Da Dai Li Ji Ji Zhu",and the characteristics and deficiencies reflected from the book.The third section mainly discusses the ritual thoughts of Dai Li.The last part is the conclusion,and the author summarizes and evaluates Dai Li’s academic thoughts.Dai Li is good at textology,obeying the study of Han scholars,and has few inventions of righteousness.Under the impact of the modernization,her claim appeared to be "out of date" and was laughed by people.However,the so-called "out of date" is often just a kind of "untimely".For scholars like Dai Li,we should respectand understand them.
