This articleintends to study the frame of academic development about the Three Rituals in theNorthern and Southern Dynasty and objectively evaluate the characters and effects ofthe Three Rituals by combining the official history and deeply analyzing the worksabout the Three Rituals in the Northern and Southern Dynasty.This article is divided into seven chapters. The first chapter mainly discusses theprofile.of the Northern and Southern Dynasty The Northern and Southern Dynasty isthe greatest developing period of the Three Rituals and the quantities of works aboutthe Three Rituals are larger than that in previous time as well as works about otherrituals which increases the number of scholars who are skillful in the Three Rituals.The quantities and importance of the woks about the Three Rituals in the Northernand Southern Dynasty are larger than that of other rituals. Meanwhile it is also a timeduring which YiShu develops quickly. This article recounts and reorganizes the frameof YiShu in emergence and development which is the result of economy itself insteadof sutra.The education about ritual promotes the overwhelming development of theThree Rituals.The second chapteracademic background of the Three Rituals in the Northernand Southern Dynasty.The consolidation of power needs ritual and the second ofwhich is that to protect their own benefits, the emperor and the aristocratic familiesalso need it. The Northern and Southern Dynasty is a developing and mature period ofthe system of the Five Rituals and this special period in history is bound tosignificantly affect the development of the Three Rituals.The third chapter mainly discusses the common of longitude and pour in YiShuof the Three Rituals in the Northern and Southern Dynasty. This article mainlydiscusses in four aspects. Firstly, the development of it. Secondly, the method ofexplanation about word, thing,sentence and chapter. Thirdly, the reorganization ofexample. Fourthly, the recounting of longitude and pour. By analyzing, this articlebelieves the Three Rituals in the Northern and Southern Dynasty is based on the Hangstudy and obeys the development of Zheng study and the method of the Three Ritualsin the Northern and Southern Dynasty becomes mature.Meanwile this chapter alsodiscusses the difference between the longitude and pour of the Three Rituals in theNorthern and Southern Dynasty.The forth chapter it talks about the differences and then the special features ofeach other.The fifth chapter,it talks about the impact of the Three Rituals on the the FiveRituals. Compared with the ritual in Han and Tang dynasty, the sitth chapter thinks thereare five characters about the Three Rituals in the Northern and Southern Dynasty.Firstly, compared with the Han dynasty, the Three Rituals in the Northern andSouthern Dynasty is more connected with the construction of system. Secondly,compared with the Han and Tang dynasty, the Three Rituals in the Northern andSouthern Dynasty has a little more Metaphysical colour. Thirdly, compared with theHan dynasty, the Three Rituals in the Northern and Southern Dynasty is morespeculative. Fourthly, compared with the Three Rituals in the Tang dynasty whichstresses “diversion not broken Noteâ€, the Three Rituals in the Northern and SouthernDynasty stresses “diversion also broken Noteâ€.
