The Role Of Blowing Lusheng And Playing The Drums Dance In The Governance Of Yao Village

With the revival of traditional culture,blowing Lusheng and playing the drums dance,the characteristic dance of Yao nationality has become one kind of important governance resources in village.On the basis of Social Capital Theory and the case of Shuibin village,through two methods——literature analysis method and the in-depth interview method——this paper explores the governance role of blowing Lusheng and playing the drums dance in village.The first chapter mainly collects and organizes some documents about the social capital theory,grassroots governance and the problem of governing the villages of minority,the definition and connotation of social capital in detail.The second chapter explains the history of Yao village and the geographical origin of ethnic groups.On this basis,it introduces the relationship between the King Pan Festival and the dance,and reveals the connotation of the dance.The third chapter discusses that the dance is an important resource of social capital production in village.It can improve the villagers' national identity and cohesion,expand the network of people and trust each other,and promote the norms of the village.The fourth chapter analyzes how the dance to promote the realization of the village's good governance.The social capital capacity concealed by the dance culture is the key to realize the good governance in village,which is helpful to carry out village public affairs and establish the formal system and improve the governance performance.The fifth chapter states that it is impossible to deeply improve the social capital content in village,which regards the blowing Lusheng and playing the drums dance as the main goal of governing.Meanwhile the whole village is facing unprecedented difficulties.It is very important to invest social capital and develop new management resources.This paper provides a framework for analyzing social capital,which can expand the social capital theory research vision,and put forward the new ideas of governing village.As for the practical sense,it can provide the new mind and experiences of developing related policies about grass-roots governance,and explore a new path of governing ethnic minority village which contributes to realize the good governance in village.This paper is under a unique perspective,uses an original analytical approach,and develops a chic view to provide new ideas of construction of national grassroots democracy.
