In 1253,the fourth generation of Mongolian Khan in the Mongolian empire held Parliment(Huraltai),at which it was decided to send his younger brother Hulegu to fight against and the Abbas in Baghdad, and ordered all the Princes to sign two out of every ten of their armies, led by their sons.In July 1252,the vanguard took the lead with 12,000 troops. In September 1253,when preparations were made,Hulegu left his Ordo and went to the West, beginning the last expedition of the Mongol empire. In November 1256,he led Ruknal-D?nto surrender and the kingdom of Hash?sh?n was destroyed. In 1258,Mongol troops invaded Baghdad, ending the reign of the Abbas in Iran,Iraq and other areas.Hulegu established the Ilikhanate, ruling a vast territory stretching from the Amu Darya in the east to the Syrian border in the west, the Caucasus Mountains in the north and the Indian Ocean in the south. In the 1380 s,the Ilikhanate experienced a massive economic crisis. At the beginning of the Mongol empire, the destruction to conquer the Iranian region and the war between the Ilkhanate and neighboring countries led to the decrease of the agricultural population and the sharp decrease of the national tax revenue.Together with the chaos of the state system in the early period, the internal power struggle among the rulers, and the loss of national strength, all these reasons resulted in the sharp decrease of the central government revenue of the Ilkhanate.During his reign,Ghazan Khan carried out all-round and wide-ranging reforms to deal with the crisis. The first chapter of the paper starts with Gh?z?n Kh?n's conversion to Islam, and discusses his religious policies in two steps(conversion and adherence to Islam). The second chapter analyzes the judicial reform of Ghazan Khan based on the analysis of Mongolian traditional law,and discusses the role of Mongolian law and Islamic law in the legal system of Yili Khan and the purpose of Ghazan Khan judicial reform. The third chapter analyzes the reform of Ghazan Khan in the fields of agriculture, taxation, post, finance, industry and commerce.
