Yan State was an important vassal state in the Zhou Dynasty.During the Western Zhou Dynasty,it was an important barrier for the Zhou Dynasty in the Northeast,and its status was very important.This paper mainly studies the Yan State bronzes in the early Western Zhou Dynasty from three aspects.The first is the use of typology to analyze the shape of the bronze wares of the Yan State in the early Western Zhou Dynasty,and based on this,it is staged and found,and the evolution of the bronze wares of the Yan State in the early Western Zhou Dynasty was discovered.Secondly,the tombs with more complete burial bronze containers in the tombs of the Yan State in the early Western Zhou Dynasty were used as the research object.The combination of bronze containers in the early Western Zhou Dynasty was analyzed,and the characteristics were found by comparing with the bronze vessels in the tombs of the Central Plains.Also through the analysis of the Ding&Gui situation in the tomb,explore its system.The third is the analysis of the inscriptions on the bronze wares of the Yan State in the early Western Zhou Dynasty.Firstly,the text of the inscriptions is analyzed and the characteristics of the glyphs are found.Then,the content of the inscription is classified,mainly analyzing the interactions between Yan State and other regions reflected in the characters and inscriptions mentioned in the inscriptions of the rewards.Finally,through the analysis of some inscriptions,we examine the composition of the residents in the early lineages and inscriptions of the Yan State.
