Autism Spectrum Disorders(ASD)is summarized in the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders(5th Edition)(DSM-V)by two core symptoms: social and communication disorders,narrow interests,and action stereotypes.It is a kind of extensive developmental disorder,which has low social communication ability,poor self-care ability and distracted attention.Among them,language development disorder is a typical obstacle in autism spectrum disorder,and language understanding ability of children with autism It is weak and can't communicate with people in language,it is difficult to interact with the outside world.Since the pathogenesis of autism has not yet been determined,effective interventions are essential for autistic children and their families.As an intervention,music therapy uses melody and rhythm as carriers to carry out music activities,increasing the patient's understanding of themselves and the environment in which they live,and thus achieving appropriate social adaptation.The purpose is not to increase the musical ability,but to change the mood,behavior and ideas,and improve and benefit the mind.Because music is attractive to children with autism,children with autism will have better immersion in music intervention therapy,and satisfaction with music can also be used as a reinforcement in learning to enhance the intervention effect.This study used re-creation music therapy combined with auditory action pathway training to intervene in vocabulary and pronunciation of ASD children as well as social,cognitive,sensory,and cognitive abilities.Six 4-5 year old male autism subjects were selected and randomly assigned to the experimental group and the control group.The experimental group was subjected to a 10-week musical language intervention,and the control group was subjected to traditional language intervention.According to the content and progress of the teaching,the actual intervention process is divided into baseline period,dry anticipation and maintenance period.The results of the study showed that the number of active vocabulary and vocabulary in the music intervention group was higher than that of the control group,and there were significant differences.The music intervention group had social ability,sensory ability and physical movement before and after the experiment.Both the ability and the cognitive ability were improved,and there were significant differences.However,compared with the previous situation,the control group had no significant improvement in the above-mentioned abilities,and there was no significant difference.This study has a positive impact on the development of the vocabulary and pronunciation of the subjects,and the development of other abilities beyond the verbal ability has also found improvement.Among them,music as a means for children with autism to begin to establish connections with people and things,gradually began to accept and understand the surrounding environment and things,and integrate more smoothly into social life.
