The Comparison Of Spouse Face-to-Face Appellation In Sino-Vietnamese Language

“Spouse face-to-face Appellation” refers to conjugal epithets which are used to call each other in daily conversation,it also is a kind of social variant.In the process of learning and collecting data,it is found that the comparative study of Spouse face-toface Appellation in Chinese and Vietnamese has not been thorough.Because Spouseface-appellation will directly affect their relationship and emotion,it needs to be uttered carefully when choosing the appellation.The thesis collected Spouse-face-appellation from Chinese TV series Let's get married,Good wife 101,The first half of my life,and Vietnamese TV series C? m?t ??i an oán.Through combing the database,we classified the “Spouse-face-appellation” into three part: Fixed expression,Name appellation,Special expressions.Then the frequency of these three forms of expression is counted,analyses and find out the difference of Spouse-face-appellation between Chinese and Vietnamese.The thesis consists of seven chapters.Chapter one is a introduction.This part presents the research background,research methods and significance,corpus sources and innovations,and also summarizes the previous studies.Chapter two defines Spouse face-to-face Appellation and describes its characteristics and types.In chapter three is mainly about Chinese-Vietnamese Spouse-face-Appellation of Fixed expressions.Chapter four compare Chinese and Vietnamese of Name appellation.This chapter classifies and analyses the whole circumstances of Name Appellation in Chinese,including full name,double syllable name,a single word in name,the variant name.Chapter five contrasts Spouse-face-Appellation of Special expressions in Chinese and Vietnamese.According to the positive results in chapter three,four and five,the sixth chapter summaries the similarities and differences of Spouse-face-appellation in SinoVietnamese language.The last chapter is a conclusion.
