In today’s era,the socialist values as the mainstream ideology of our country both in domestic and international are playing an increasingly important role and influence,it also contains values as the primary kernel competition become a national cultural soft power whether to have a say in the process of international communication,the initiative of the major factors.The socialist core values and the national cultural soft power both in-depth integration,is not only beneficial to enhance comprehensive national cultural soft power,enhance national competitiveness in international culture,is more advantageous to the socialist core values in the dissemination and promotion of the national and even worldwide,the two complement each other,common for the realization of the runoff to build a well-off society in an all-round way,improve the competitiveness of the national culture in the global scope and influence in the world and play its value and significance.This article selects the socialist core values,the focus of the national cultural soft power as the research object,tries to comprehensively and systematically expounds the national cultural soft power construction,the problems and how does the socialist core values guide the national cultural soft power of the construction of the internal logic and practical path for the concrete analysis.First of all,it is discussed that the construction of China’s cultural soft power needs to be led by socialist core values.This is due to exist in the process of national cultural soft power construction in our country the mainstream consciousness of charisma,impact,the impact of the western multi-culture value,lack of creativity in the development of culture,the traditional excellent culture resource problems such as lack of protection,so you need to lead core values.Secondly,the relationship between socialist core values and national cultural soft power is analyzed.Respectively from three levels of socialist core values,the value pursuit of exploring every level and the national cultural soft power,the relationship between the current pointed out the direction of the development of socialist culture and environment,has become the core content of China’s cultural soft power and the key link.Furthermore,the role of socialist core values in the construction of national cultural soft power is expounded.This paper analyzes the great role of socialist core values in the construction of national cultural soft power from four aspects: ideological orientation,incentive,cohesion and environment.Finally,the paper discusses the practical path of socialist core values leading the construction of national cultural soft power.The part highlight the leading role of socialist core values,from the idea renewal,system design,mechanism innovation,create the environment analysis of socialist core values and how to lead the national cultural soft power construction.
