| The artistic career of Nicolai Lvanovich Fechin(1881-1955),an American Russian realistic oil painting artist,can be roughly divided into the following four periods: the period of enlightenment,the period of Academy of Fine Arts,the period of Kazan and the period of sojourn abroad.In the content of this paper,Fechin's painting works of Kazan period are studied as the thread,and the artistic language characteristics of Fechin's oil painting are explored in the light of the author's artistic practice and exploration process.In this paper,the research method is mainly practical exploration method,supplemented by art data analysis method.Besides,based on the author's practice of oil painting creation,this paper takes Fechin's exploration of oil painting language as the research thread,takes the influence of the author's exploration achievements on the creation as the content,and explores the inspiration of Fechin's oil painting art language to the author's creation from the perspective of practice.This paper is divided into three chapters.The first chapter mainly studies and summarizes the background and characteristics of the artistic language of Fechin's oil paintings created during his teaching in Kazan Art School,and launches the enlightenment of Fechin's oil painting artistic language research on the author's creation,and brings it into creative practice.In the second chapter,the author's creative practice is taken as the theme.It also elaborates the understanding of Fechin's artistic language summarized by the author in the process of creation.The third chapter is a summary of the author's creation.In this chapter,the author's painting experience and exploratory achievements in the process of creation are sorted out.Furthermore,from the perspective of practical works,the significance of Fechin's research on artistic language for creation is demonstrated and the harvest of graduation creation research is summarized. |
