In less than 20 years,China's educational reform has undergone curriculum reform,teaching reform and classroom reform,and today,the Flipped Class teaching mode is sweeping all over China.In traditional class,teachers preach tuition,students passively accept and slowly digest after class,there is little space for students' creative thinking,and also,it is difficult to improve students' learning enthusiasm.Flipped Class overturns the traditional teaching mode of what to learn: the transfer of knowledge before class makes students become masters of learning,the knowledge digestion in class makes the teacher become the "service person" of the student's study.Flipped Class not only flips the actions before and after class,but also flips the main position of teachers and students in the course of learning.With the gradual application and optimization of the reverse classroom mode,all sectors of society are applauding this model.However,from the literature researching,it is found that the research of the Flipped Class is mainly focused on the universities and the general middle schools' teaching,while less literature research of the secondary vocational school teaching.According to the questionnaire survey,the secondary vocational students affirm the achievement of Flipped Class,and think that Flipped Class teaching mode can effectively improve their learning ability and the learning effect,but the survey found that the Flipped Class is not widely used in vocational English class.The reason is that the secondary vocational students generally exist in the situation of low learning motivation and lower self-learning ability,and the lack of self-consciousness and supervision,the learning quality is difficult to guarantee,all these reasons affect the implementation of the whole teaching plan,and makes it difficult for many secondary vocational English teachers to promote the Flipped Class teaching mode.The secondary vocational students' self-study ability is much lower than that of ordinary high school students,in order to carry out the flipped classroom in the secondary vocational school,a set of Flipped Class optimization scheme is needed to suit the learning characteristics of secondary vocational students.This paper summarizes the current situation of the research on the Flipped Class teaching mode at home and abroad by the literature research method,uses the questionnaire survey method to carry on the research work to the students and teachers in the surrounding secondary vocational school,puts forward the improvement strategy for the local secondary vocational students' English learning situation and the research result of English Flipped Class implementation,then design the optimization model of Flipped Class teaching of "the target type flipping" in the secondary vocational English class.Aiming to prove "Using the in-class target type of Flipped Class teaching model can improve the learning effect of the secondary vocational school",the paper builds an in-class teaching model that students can accomplish each sub-target in the course of English learning and achieve the general learning task,then drawing out the teaching model and teaching flow chart.Finally,put the teaching model of the target type flipped class teaching in secondary vocational English class into practice,and the validity and feasibility of the teaching mode in the English classroom teaching of the secondary vocational school are confirmed through the teaching case and its test data.The details are presented as follows:The first chapter,Introduction.It describes the researching background,researching purpose and significance,introduces the research ideas and methods,draws the research technology roadmap,uses the literature research method to summarize the current situation of the Flipped Class,the in-class Flipped Class and the Flipped Class in the secondary vocational school,then establishes the research direction.The second chapter,The present using situation of Flipped Class in secondary vocational school and the improvement strategy.This paper makes a questionnaire survey of some secondary vocational students in KDJ city,analyses the present situation and the current problems of using Flipped Class in the secondary vocational teaching in KDJ city,then analyses the problems of the existing ones,later,fingers out some strategies to improve the English teaching in secondary vocational schools.The third chapter,English in-class target type flipped teaching model construction,based on learning before teaching theory,fragmentation learning theory,and elaboration theory.According to the research of relevant theories,this paper constructs the teaching model of the target type flipped class in the secondary vocational English class,and draws out the optimized teaching mode,model and teaching flow chart of the flipped class.The fourth chapter,Teaching implementation and application evaluation.According to the elaboration theory,the English knowledge points are integrated,the teaching model and teaching process are used in the real English class.After teaching implementation,after data collection,using SPSS19 to carry out the horizontal and vertical analysis of the teaching effect of the experimental class.The fifth chapter,Research summary.After teaching implementation and data analysis,it is found that the in-class target type flipped class teaching model is applicable to the secondary vocational English instruction,which can effectively improve the English learning effect of secondary vocational students and improve the effect of English teaching in the secondary vocational school.Research insufficiency comes after the research,and provides the reference to the later scholars for studying the flipped class.The innovation and achievement of this research: Aiming to the present situation,problems and countermeasures of flipped class teaching mode in secondary vocational schools in KDJ city,under the guidance of the studying before teaching theory,the fragmentation study theory and the elaboration theory,constructs the teaching model of in-class target type flipped class of the secondary vocational English class,puts the students' self-study part in the class,elaborates the teaching content in the course of flipped class.The content of the course is divided into several teaching sub-target tasks;students complete the sub-target task then complete the total teaching task in the self-study part.This teaching model uses the elaboration theory to reorganize teaching knowledge points,elaborates the content of the class,attaches importance to students' subjectivity and individualized learning,in that case,to a certain extent,students can grasp the progress of their learning,which is helpful to improve students' self-learning ability and self-confidence and satisfaction degree.Providing reference to other researchers and the first-line secondary vocational school English teachers,push the promotion of secondary vocational flipped class.
