A Study On Three Pieces Of Children's Chorus Works For Fujian Province And Taiwan Province By Luo Jichao

With the development of the society,the art form of children's chorus has become widely spread.In many primary and secondary school chorus contest or children's chorus concert,chorus with ethnic style or regional style are getting more favorable opinions.Luo Jichao is a Fujianese composer who has independently published a collection of works of folk songs and children's chorus.His adaptation of the folk songs and children's chorus are mostly about the colorful life and innocence of childhood.With a strong sense of fun of the childhood life,his works are suitable for singing,and also for performance,having the function of teaching through fun.They have educational value for enriching the children's cultural life,helping them to grasp the regional dialects.At the same time,they are helpful for enhancing the ethnic consciousness and cultivating children's love and patriotism for their hometown and their country.This paper applies a variety of research methods to analyze Luo Jichao's children's chorus works,introducing this composer who has been quietly working for the ethnic music and has reached relatively high artistic achievement.By analyzing the composition,characteristics and singing of three children's chorus works,this paper explores the artistic and ethnic characteristics of Luo Jichao's works.Through this research,the author also improves the interpretation ability of children's chorus works in Fujianese and Taiwanese style,improving the artistic level of concert.
