Picking up without pulling force is a knitting technology based on the structure characteristics of knitting fabric and the principle of mechanical technology on computerized flat knitting machine.With the development of computerized flat knitting machine technology,in order to attain more stable and efficient fabric knitting,a new type of knitting technology is born,with the innovation of machine structure technology.The technology makes knitted fabric with three-dimensional space and rich changes at multiple levels.Designers are attracted by the novel appearance.It has been applied to structural design of knitted fabrics and the design and knitting of formed knitted garment,which expanded the innovation space of knitting design.The article begins with the analysis of principle of the Picking up without pulling force,and explains the organized structure of it,and knitting technology of computerized flat knitting machine and its innovative application in the clothing design in details,with further innovation and experiment of the technology and embed,jacquard craft union knit technology and design.The article tries to explore the possibility of innovation in design of knitting technology,and make knitted garment designers aware of a new space and multitudinous possibilities of design innovation provided by the computerized flat knitting machine technology.With the combination of art and technology,the knitted apparel industry will be more vigorous.
