The Design Research And Design Practice Of Campus Mural Art

As a kind of important form of public art,mural art has a strong artistic expression and appealing power.With the development and construction of our country's economy,the application of its form are gradually common and it gets increasingly social valuation and the popularity of the public,with excellent works emerging.While sometimes,there are works of the low ideological content and artistry or the poorly and hastily manufactured,or the inopportune presenting at the same time.For that,the author incorporated the mural art's design practice to manage to explore the art deeper,especially the rules and methods in the artistic creation of the campus mural art,on the basis of the theoretical research,in order to better beatify our campus environment as well to contribute for the relevant theoretical discussion.The thesis has five parts.The first part is the introduction,which mainly illustrates the research background,its meaning,some relevant achievements in this topic,etc.The second part is the general summary of the mural art,which briefly discuss its definition,classification,function,configuration,design elements and the like,as well as exemplify them.The third part is the summary of the campus mural art in our country.Therefore,the campus mural design has its own distinctiveness.This portion emphasizes the analysis of its campus mural painting characteristic in decoration,education,culture,commemoration,exemplifies two typical cases in our country to detail and explain it.The forth part will integrate the theory and the practice to its design practice.
