China has a wealth of cultural heritage resources,especially Beijing because of its status as the capital of the Ming and Qing dynasties,with the history of the various periods left a large number of ancient masonry building,relics,inscriptions and other cultural objects.After centuries of wind and rain these artifacts in urgent need of repair and protection.The material requirements are relatively high for reinforcestone artifacts,including durability,material compatibility,reaction control,appearance harmony and other aspects.Precisely,MICP technology has a significant advantage in these areas.Microbial induction technology is controllable,according to different conditions,the cracks may be filled with particulate matter similar to the texture of therelics.This solidified particulate matter is inorganic mineral materials,with excellent anti-aging properties,long life,and strong anti-ultraviolet ability.It can avoid damage caused by uneven expansion,which is common in the use of cement mortar or polymer synthetic resin repair samples,while similar texture can also make the appearance more natural.Therefore,MICP technology is very promising,it will be applied to the internal grouting reinforcement,fissure fill or external fracture bonding and repair missing part.It is a great significancefor the history of stone buildings and the protection of the remains.At present,MICP technology at home and abroad in the study of cultural relics is very lack of research,especially in the area of crack repair.In this paper,MICP technology applied to the repairation of marble stone.It will provide a new method for the restoration and protection of a large number of stone cultural relics in China.The main research direction of this paper is the repairing of damaged cracks,and the main research object is marble stone.In order to repair the marble material,as a pre-work,the material properties of the stone powder column were studied,which corresponds to the study of the properties of the filling material in the fracture repairing test.In this paper,we studied the microbial column using different calcium source grouting and different particle size structures,to analysis of its mechanical properties,material properties and mineral composition.The time of different grouting and the gelation and curing state of the samples were studied by means of electrolyte tracer method and CT scanning image analysis.Based on these research,we used MICP technology to bond broken stones.The crack of the beam was repaired and the recovery of the sample structure was tested after the repair.In addition,this paper also studied the weatherability of padding materials used for sandstone cultural relicry repair on the basis of predecessors' work.
