Study On The Government Function Of Yixing Ceramic Characteristic Cultural Industry Development

This paper combines the theoretical guidance of the new public management theory with the practice of cultural industry,which has been deeply analyzed and demonstrated the government's role in the development of Yixing's ceramic cultural industry,The study holds that the role of the government has profound influence and great significance on the characteristic culture of Yixing ceramics.However,the government has some problems in the cultural industry with ceramic characteristics,such as lack of cultural heritage,excessive market intervention,lack of industrial policies and incentives,poor industrial integration,weak awareness of property rights protection,single management methods and so on.The main reasons are that the government industry does not attach great importance to the degree of inadequate,offside responsibilities,inadequate co-ordination,lack of performance management and so on.Based on the theory of new public service,this paper proposes to strengthen cultural cultivation,strengthen industrial guidance,accelerate the construction of industrial platform,strengthen the training of industrial talents and strengthen the construction of small towns with purple sand characteristics,to optimize the role of government in the development of Yixing's ceramic culture industry.
