Research On Ethical Dilemma And Ethical Regulations Of Network Culture

With the development of network technology,the construction of network culture is becoming more and more complex,and the problem of network ethics becomes more and more prominent.Network technology not only brings highly developed information and unprecedented convenience to human life,but also changes people’s life style,breaks the traditional ethical and moral constraints,and leads to unprecedented difficulties.It is necessary to make a thorough analysis of the characteristics and reasons of the ethical problems of network culture,and put forward some reasonable countermeasures for the construction of ethical protocols.This paper summarizes the concepts and characteristics of network culture and network ethics by consulting a large number of documents,which lays a foundation for the further study of network culture ethics protocol.This paper probes into the general and specific characteristics of the network ethics dilemma from the basic theory,analyzes the network ethics dilemma from the two aspects of internal contradiction and external performance,and puts forward the question of the network dilemma from the objective and subjective aspects,according to which,the network ethics dilemma is analyzed from the aspects of the internal contradiction and the external performance.Three aspects of the system analyzes the deep-seated reasons of the dilemma of network ethics.Based on the analysis of the inherent ethical principles of network technology,this paper puts forward the theoretical basis and social coordination system of constructing network ethics protocol,from "person to person","person and network".Three aspects of technology "people and realistic Society" put forward ways and measures to transcend the dilemma ofnetwork ethics.That is,education coordination,management coordination,legal coordination three aspects,to cooperate with the auxiliary force of social governance.Multi-angle,omni-directional puts forward the solution network ethics predicament countermeasure.The construction of network culture ethics protocol has a long way to go.With the development of network technology,it constantly updates its own exploration of network ethics and the exploration of new technology and new fields.And this kind of exploration is the essential theoretical basis for making the network ethics protocol itself.
