From the perspective of social background and the lifelong development of students,career development of high school students is an important issue.Career development at this stage is crucial to their lifelong development.The maturity of career planning is only a result.Furthermore,the growth and development of the individuals themselves need to go through a continuous and long process.Career development runs through the whole life of a person.Therefore,external environmental factors and internal physical and mental factors will affect it.Then,the individual's psychological characteristics as an important influencing factor will certainly be related to career development.The self-identity and positive psychological quality of key psychological factors in high school development are taken as the research object to explore the relationship between self-identity,positive psychological capital and career development of high school students.Besides,Seminar Self-identity Crisis by Taiwanese scholar Jiang Nanfa,Positive Psychological Capital Scale of Zhang Kuo of Nankai University,and High School Student Development Questionnaireby Taiwanese scholar Su Yuting are used as measuring tools to test 500 students in Luquan No.1 High School.As for the survey results,relevant methods,such as significance analysis,correlation analysis,regression analysis and mediating effect analysis are adopted to conduct statistical analysis.In addition,this study also aims to learn about the level of high school students' self-identity,positive psychological capital and career development,and explore the relationship among the three factors,thus seeking for the ways of implementing career planning education for high school students.This study can provide effective guidance on how to develop students' favorable career exploration behaviors and improve their career exploration level.It can also provide reference and suggestions for the integration of mental health education and career education in schools.Results :1)High school students with different demographic characteristics have different degrees of differences in self-identity,positive psychological capital,overall level of careerdevelopment and some of its content dimensions.2)The total score of identity crisis of senior high school students is slightly lower than the median score,and the score of positive psychological capital and career development of senior high school students is higher than the median score.3)There is a significant positive correlation between self-identity,positive psychological capital and career development of senior high school students.4)Positive psychological capital mediates the relationship between self-identity and career development.Conclusions:1)The self-identity,positive psychological capital and career development of senior high school students are affected by some demographic characteristics.2)The development level of self-identity of senior high school students is in the middle and upper level,but there are higher crises in time perspective,self-doubt and value orientation;the overall development of positive psychological capital is in the middle and upper level,but the score of self-efficacy is low,indicating that in the face of setbacks and challenges,they have not yet formed the ability of self-evaluation and lack of self-confidence;the career development office of senior high school students On the middle level,but students show poor career action ability.3)High school students' self-identity,positive psychological capital and career development are closely related.The higher the level of self-identity achievement and positive psychological capital development,the higher the level of career development of students.4)Self-identity affects senior high school students' career development by affecting positive psychological capital.
