The paper systematically studies the current situation,history,problems and countermeasures of animation education in China and Japan.Through comparison with Japan,a developed country of animation education,the paper reflects and explores the road of animation vocational education in China,learns from the advanced concept of talent cultivation,and puts forward appropriate countermeasures.The paper mainly elaborates the related concepts of the research,the significance of the research topic,research methods and research status at home and abroad,analyzes the domestic and foreign research status of animation education,reviews the history of animation education in the world,and elaborates the education environment and current situation of cartoon animation vocational education in China and Japan.Through comparing the similarities and differences between Chinese and Japanese animation education,and researching and analyzing the animation major of vocational schools in both countries,a comparative analysis is carried out of the similarities and differences for Osaka Animation College and Vocational secondary school of Fujian Economic and Technological Development Zone in terms of courses offering,schooling,facilities,employment guidance.In particularly,the school-enterprise cooperation model of the Tokyo HAL Animation School and the current difficulties and opportunities for the transformation of animation education in the Internet era in China are discussed.Also,the advantages and disadvantages of vocational education in Japanese animation are interpreted,and then reflection is conducted as well as the summarization of the experience that can be drawn.Furthermore,the paper presents the problems and solutions for the vocational education of Chinese animation in the current era.The purpose of the paper is to explore how to adjust its own positioning and mechanism so that Chinese animation vocational education can maintain a sustainable competitive advantage.
