Since the appearance of Tugong, the most important feature has been an economic system that serves the ruling class. This system was perfected in the Tang Dynasty.During the period, there was a phenomenon of buying tribute from the market or other parties to fill the local production. The Song Dynasty was intensified, especially the emergence of miscellaneous tributes, which belonged to the needs of normal tributes, making the tribute Deviated from the original intention of "the land is a tribute." Local officials who want to complete the task of land transfer that is stipulated by the central government must be completed through market purchase. This has great development prospects for the areas where such tributes are produced, and will actively expand the cultivation of such tribute raw materials.Further expanding the scale and increasing production to form regional characteristics;it also beneficially promoted the formation of regional economic crop belts. The article focuses on the tribute of the Tang and Song Dynasties, and divides the tribute into five major sericulture crops, fruit and vegetable crops, sugar crops, tea crops and medicinal crops, and reveals the evolution of the tribute crops in the Tang and Song Dynasties. The role played by the tribute in the formation of regional economic crop belts. In the practical sense,it inspires us to further explore the development of the regional economic development potential of Tugong, and bring opportunities for the development of regional characteristic industries and economic belts. It is true that the economic system of Tugong reflects to a certain extent the central government ' s economic control of the localities and the local surrender to the central government. In this process, the place where the tribute to the tribute is invisible will intensify the burden on the people. This is an undeniable fact.
