From May 2018 to March 2019,the author interned in a mandarin school called Ateneo De Iloilo Santa Maria Catholic School in the middle of the Philippines.During the internship,the author found that it is a good way to improve teaching efficiency if we put the scientific and reasonable teaching design into practice.So if we want to achieve the teaching goals better we need to pay much time on teaching design.The thesis based on theory of teaching design and combined with the situation of Chinese teaching of the school,characteristic of students as well.Based on the above contents,the author made a teaching design of What's your hobby.In order to solve the problems in the teaching process and to improve the enthusiasm of students,the author take the lesson What's your hobby for example and combine with Total Physical Response to talk about the teaching design of primary Chinese comprehensive course.because the students are young and there are many verbs in this class,this is all coincide with Total Physical Response.First,the author introduced the research background and significance,research status and research method.The author introduced the research status of teaching design and comprehensive course of teaching Chinese as a foreign language separately.Second,taking the lesson of What's your hobby for example,the author made a teaching design and accounted for the specific teaching process and design ideas.According to the characteristics and level of students,teaching goals and teaching contents,the author made a teaching design that is suitable for students to learn.Last but not least,the teaching design was estimated and reflected.The author use Total Physical Response while teaching new words,and the author use questionnaire survey to prove the possibility and necessity of using Total Physical Response to teach new words.
