Research On Narration Of Domestic Medical Dramas

Medical drama is a kind of TV series which takes hospital as background and medical staff as narrative subject to show the daily work and living conditions of medical staff.Medical TV series first appeared in American TV series,which is a kind of American plot series.The medical drama narrative mode established in "The Story of the Emergency Room" in 1994 has become the object of learning from all countries.The development of medical drama in China was later.The Hippocratic Oath broadcast in 1986 was regarded as the first medical drama in China.In 2001,Never Give up marked the beginning of the typification of domestic medical drama.Subsequently,a number of excellent medical dramas,such as Infinite Vitality,Heart Skills,Obstetricians,Surgical Storms and Emergency Doctors,gradually landed on major satellite TV stations,triggering a wave of public viewing and discussion.In the course of more than 30 years’ development,domestic medical dramas have gradually formed their own narrative characteristics in narrative theme,character creation,contradiction and conflict,and narrative mode,and have made many progress,but also exposed many shortcomings.As a realistic TV series,medical drama should constantly improve its narrative content and artistic techniques,and enhance its competitiveness and influence.This article is divided into five chapters.Chapter 1 "An Overview of Medical Theme TV Series" : Firstly,it defines the medical theme TV series,then systematically combs and divides the domestic medical theme TV series into stages from its inception to now,introduces the narrative characteristics and representative dramas of each stage,and briefly introduces the development of foreign medical theme TV series.Chapter II,"Narrative Content of Domestic Medical Theme TV Plays" : From four aspects of narrative theme,character shaping and conflict settings and narrative means,the narrative characteristics of domestic medical drama are analyzed.Chapter III "Narrative Model of Domestic Medical Theme TV Series" : This paper analyses the current narrative model of domestic medical drama from two aspects: the use of narrative model of domestic medical drama to American medical drama and the inheritance of narrative method of traditional artistic form in China,and explores the advantages and disadvantages of the current narrative model of domestic medical drama.Chapter IV "Narrative Context of Domestic Medical Theme TV Series" : Place domestic medical drama in the structure of "Creator-WorksReceiver".Analyse the narrative context of domestic medical drama from the angle of creator and receiver,and grasp the particularity of narration under this narrative context.Chapter V "The Dilemma and Countermeasure of Domestic Medical Theme Teleplays" : According to the serious homogenization of the narrative content,narrative mode and narrative context of the first three chapters,excessive emotionalization,insufficient professionalism and authenticity,and the avoidance of deep contradictions,this paper puts forward domestic medical treatment from four perspectives: fine narrative,innovative narrative narrative,professional narrative and series narrative.The optimization path of the play.
