A Study On The Russian Concept Of "Patriotism" After The Dissolution Of The Soviet Union

Patriotism is one of the core concepts in Russian culture.During the time of hundreds of year from the ancient Ross to the dissolution of the Soviet Union,patriotism has always been the fundamental theme of the Russian nation.It is also an important ideological guarantee for the Russian state to develop itself and improve our international competitiveness.In Russia's long history of development,due to political,economy and other reasons,people have different connotations of the concept--patriotism in different historical periods.According to Stepanov's concept analysis,the concept is the cultural condensation that exists in the human consciousness,and is the way the culture enters the human mind.It possess the function of retaining,processing and transferring knowledge.It contains emotion and evaluation while reflecting objective reality.The analysis of concept can determine the internal form of patriotism from the perspective of etymology,and clarify the concept of patriotism through detailed interpretation of dictionaries such as dictionaries and encyclopedic dictionaries.Patriotism runs through the history of Russia.Therefore,it is necessary to seek the historical understanding of patriotism from the history of patriotism.That refers to seek among the idioms that preserve the core of national culture,and summarize the traditional connotation of Russian patriotism on the basis of proverbs and celebrity quotes.This paper seeks to explore the historical foundation and the features of the age in the important turning point of Russian history,and show the reality of Russian patriotism from a multi-angle perspective through the official government documents,the reports on patriotism in the mass media,and the questionnaires for college students,The concept of Russian patriotism after the dissolution of the Soviet Union,are still few in the domestic and Russian academic fields.This thesis can provide a new method for the study of the characteristics of Russian patriotism,provide a new perspective for further understanding of the characteristics of Russian national culture and exert a positive effect on promoting mutual understanding and exchange between China and Russia.
