Chinese Operatic Repertoire Creation Issues And Strategy For Research

With the development of Chinese opera,a lot of plays have been created and presented on the stage in recent years,which has attracted the attention of many scholars.There also exists many controversies in the creation of Chinese opera.After reviewing and combing relevant information and documentation,we find that many scholars'arguments are focused on the creation of Chinese opera recitative.Inspired by the analysis of some current Chinese operatic remarks,this paper put forward the study of contemporary Chinese operatic repertoire creation issues,combining with the tonal characteristics of Chinese language in China,as well as the Chinese traditional aesthetic characteristics,two major problems that have arisen in the creation of recitative operas are summarized hereunder.They are the problems about"same repetition" and "reverse".The author hopes that this article will push the development of Chinese opera by exploreing strategies for creation of China's opera recitative.
