Research On The Present Situation And Countermeasures Of Children’s Sports Dance Training Institutions In Xinyang

With the progress of society and the improvement of people’s level,people’s demand for life is increasing while their demand for spiritual life is also increasing day by day.Especially for children’s education from the original examination-oriented education began to focus on the development of quality education.It has become a common phenomenon in today’s children’s education to choose a project which can be used for quality development for children after school.Sports dance is a whole-body recreational sport that integrates collective sports,music and dance.It has higher education,fitness and aesthetic quality.Since the National Fitness Program was promulgated on June 20,1995,sports dance has sprung up all over the country as a new fitness sport.Under this background,sports dance in Xinyang has developed rapidly.However,compared with the developed cities such as Beijing and Shanghai,there is still a big gap.Sports dance in Xinyang is at the initial stage of career development,and there are urgent problems to be solved.Through the methods of mathematical statistics,questionnaires,expert interviews,documentation and on-the-spot investigation,this paper takes 15 children’s sports dance training institutions in Xinyang as the research object,and investigates the leaders,teachers and students of 15 children’s training institutions.This paper investigates and analyses the current situation of the development of children’s sports dance training institutions in Xinyang,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for the development of children’s sports dance training institutions in Xinyang.This paper puts forward relevant theoretical basis for the future development of children’s sports dance training institutions in Xinyang.The results show that:1.Since the introduction of sports dance into Xinyang in the 1990 s,the number of children’s sports dance training in Xinyang has gradually increased,but the government’s management of sports dance training institutions is weak,and some sports dance training institutions are still operating without certificates.2.There are a large number of children’s sports dance training institutions in Xinyang,but the investment of children’s sports dance training institutions is different and the scale is different.Among them,about 80% are small-scale.The facilities of the venues are not complete enough.There are many "one room,one teacher" as a children’s dance training institution.3.Dance teachers in Xinyang Children’s Sports Dance Training Institutions have higher educational background as a whole.More than 70% of them have undergraduate degrees.However,there are fewer graduates from professional sports dance colleges,most of them are amateurs or teachers trained by sports dance themselves.There are more part-time teachers,the proportion of men and women is imbalanced,and fewer high-level(above the national level)sports dance teachers.4.There is no complete teaching system in the teaching of children’s sports dance training institutions in Xinyang.There are many phenomena such as changing more than one teacher a year,and some children’s dance training institutions have confused textbooks.There are no unified textbooks,teaching plans,and teaching is not scientific.5.The parents of the students did not give enough support to the students and did not attach enough importance to sports dance.6.After paying the fees,the training institutions failed to maintain the trainees properly in the later stage.7.The competition system of sports dance is not reasonable enough.More than 90% of the children’s training institutions will go out for competitions and grade tests every year.However,there are still some township children’s dance training institutions that have not participated in large-scale competitions,grade tests and other activities.This paper puts forward the following suggestions for children’s sports dance training institutions in Xinyang.1.The phenomenon of private management is widespread,and the number of formal sports dance training institutions is small.The government should strengthen its management.To investigate the children’s dance in Xinyang.Illegal training institutions such as undocumented operation shall be banned according to law.2.Training institutions should select standard equipment and sites and regularly inspect them.Construct a comfortable environment and expand their influence.3.Increase the training of teachers,increase the proportion of funds invested in teachers,and attract excellent dance teachers.4.Construct a complete teaching system,and publish and distribute textbooks and teaching plans according to the relevant authorities of sports dance.5.Strengthen the propaganda of sports dance,let more parents know sports dance,redundant communication between parents,serve the parents of students,let parents encourage and support students to learn sports dance.6.Make a learning growth plan for each student and be responsible for each student.7.Sports dance competition in Xinyang appeared late,and there are many problems in the competition mechanism.Sports dance competition
