Research On Public Cultural Services In Jinshui District Zhengzhou City

Satisfying people’s spiritual needs is the core of cultural construction,which is clearly presented in the report of the Nineteenth National Congress of the Party.As Chairman Xi Jinping said,it is very important and necessary to meet people’s new expectations for a better life and provide rich spiritual food.This shows that in the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics,the role of cultural construction is more prominent and its position is more and more important.This paper focuses on investigating and discussing the development status of public cultural services in Jinshui District of Zhengzhou City,using some basic theories of public management,to analyze the development status,existing problems and Development Countermeasures of public cultural services in Jinshui District of Zhengzhou City.This paper is mainly composed of five parts.The first part is introduction,which is an introduction to the overall framework and ideas of the paper.It mainly includes the research background,research significance,literature review on public cultural services at home and abroad,research methods and theoretical tools,innovation and shortcomings of the paper,etc.The second part elaborates the basic theory of public culture and public cultural services,combing the policy origin of public cultural services in China;the third part introduces the public literature in Jinshui District.The current situation of the development of cultural services in Jinshui District includes the social environment,public cultural resources,infrastructure construction and the development of mass cultural activities.Based on the investigation process and relevant data,the paper states the existing problems of public cultural services in Jinshui District;the fourth part mainly analyses the causes of the problems;the fifth part mainly analyses the reasons of the problems based on the previous part.Reasons,combined with the relevant theoretical knowledge of public management,put forward ideas and Countermeasures to solve the problem.
