With the continuous development of society,the type of social talents needed by our country has been gradually inclined to compound type.In the current dance education in colleges and universities,most of the teaching objects receive exam-oriented education,which focuses on the development of their intellectual factors in the learning stage,and pays less attention to the development of non-intellectual factors.Nowadays,dance talents required by the society are not required to be able to dance,but must be equipped with various dance abilities and cultural literacy comprehensively.Therefore,the society has increasingly higher requirements for dance teaching in colleges and universities.As the object of dance teaching in colleges and universities,students' intellectual factors have reached a certain level during the learning period and their development has entered a gentle period,while non-intellectual factors have also gradually entered a mature stage.When the development of intelligence factors is low,the development of non-intelligence factors affects the key points of dance teaching in colleges and universities.In this paper,the author describes the non-intelligence factors,which refer to the psychological factors that do not directly participate in the cognitive process in human intelligence activities.The specific components include will,emotion,character and so on.In discussing the influence of the cultivation of non-intellectual factors on the dance education in colleges and universities,it is mainly divided into four chapters for analysis and elaboration.The first chapter is the theoretical basis of non-intellectual factors.This chapter mainly explains the historical origin,concept,composition and relationship between non-intellectual factors and intellectual factors.The second chapter discusses the necessity of studying non-intellectual factors in dance teaching in colleges and universities.This chapter mainly discusses the relationship between non-intellectual factors and dance teaching and how the six functions of non-intellectual factors affect dance teaching in colleges and universities.The third chapter analyzes the form and function of non-intellectual factors in the dance teaching in colleges and universities,taking the specific components of non-intellectual factors as the starting point,in order to help solve the problems existing in the teaching.The fourth chapter discusses the influence of non-intellectual factors on the performance and countermeasures of dance teaching in colleges and universities.This chapter aims to explore the influence of non-intellectual factors on dance teaching process and educational value.This paper holds that the cultivation of non-intellectual factors should be paid attention to and implemented in the dance education in colleges and universities,which can not only improve the teaching level of dance teaching in colleges and universities,but also cultivate more dance talents needed by the society.
