With the rapid progress of era of network information society,China's increasingly stand out,update education concept,implementation of quality education,to train talents with comprehensive quality more and more important in the education training goal.Traditional concept of education is to cultivate people's intelligence,ignore the student's own personality and quality,and cultivate the students' non-intelligence factors can give full play to the intelligence,also has the vital significance to students' comprehensive quality.Education is to train high-quality workers and skilled talents for the society,and it is of practical significance to cultivate the non-intellectual factors of secondary vocational students for the training of education.The Flash design and facture course as a core course of secondary vocational computer,embodies the modem society on the basic requirement of information ability,and improve preschool education professional technical secondary school students the direct way to modern professional ability,the teaching in training students' comprehensive quality and non-intelligence factors acted as a very important role.Based on multiple intelligence,humanism,constructivism,system teaching design as the theoretical basis,with reference to non-intelligence factors in the existing research results of the Flash design and facture course teaching design for preliminary analysis,including vocational schools teaching characteristics analysis,students' non-intelligence factors present situation investigation and analysis,the Flash design and production of the problems existing in the course teaching,puts forward the "Flash design and production" course to cultivate students non-intellective factors under the necessity and feasibility of teaching design.Then aiming to cultivate students' non-intelligence factors specifically for the Flash design and facture course teaching design,teaching ways to stimulate students' interest,by establishing selected from the group task driven,stimulate students' motivation to help students establish a good relationship in cooperation,with the aid of process evaluation to help students to reflect on,cultivate independent character and good study habits.Constantly found in the process of teaching the practice of design,to improve the teaching design in a timely manner,observe the classroom of middle school students' interest,motivation,emotion,personality,for a semester of teaching practice,finally through the observation of the effect of teaching and to student's investigation,finally it is concluded that based on cultivating students' non-intelligence factors of production a d design of "Flash" course teaching design on students' non-intelligence factors had a positive effect and influence.
