Research On Spatial Distribution Cultural Heritages And Establishment Of Heritage Corridor In Three Gorges

The Three Gorges is an important migration route for human beings.In the footprints of history,human knowledge,thoughts and commodities collide,blend and nourish each other in time and space,which has been constantly manifested through property heritage for a long time.In this area where diverse ethnic groups mix and live,rich history and civilization have been accumulated,forming the unique cultural heritage group in the three gorges reservoir area.However,with the construction of the three gorges project and the rapid development of tourism in the three gorges reservoir area,the existence conditions of a large number of cultural heritage are affected,making it face the grim fact of disappearance.Therefore,there is an urgent need for new theories and methods to guide the cultural heritage protection and tourism development of the Three Gorges reservoir area.From the perspective of space,the paper based on the theory of heritage corridor,putting forward the construction of "cultural heritage corridor of the Three Gorges reservoir area ".The research scope covers 18 districts and counties including Jiangjin,Zhucheng,Wulong,Fuling,Changshou,Zhongxian,Fengdu,Shizhu,Kaixian,Wanzhou,Fengjie,Yunyang,Wushan,Badong,Zigui,Xingshan and Yiling.The research objects contains 282 important cultural heritage resources in the Three Gorges reservoir area,including 49 national-level cultural heritage and 233 provincial-level(municipal)cultural heritage.Through literature research and field investigation,the paper analyzes the composition,characteristics,and values of the Three Gorges reservoir area cultural heritage resources.By using GIS spatial analysis tools,the spatial distribution characteristics of the cultural heritage in the three gorges reservoir area are analyzed from three levels: the overall distribution characteristics,the spatial distribution concentration area and the linear distribution characteristics.On this basis,the construction of the three gorges reservoir area cultural heritage corridor including the following two aspects: first,the overall pattern of the construction of the three gorges reservoir area cultural heritage corridor.(1)determine the construction level and range of the corridor.(2)the overall layout of the corridor: “one main axis,three core and four cultural areas".(3)the construction of the green corridor.(4)organizing traffic construction.(5)organizing interpretation system.Secondly,the protection and utilization strategies of the cultural heritage corridors in the three gorges reservoir area are proposed,and the discussion is made from two aspects,namely,the division of protection levels and the activation and utilization.Second,the protection and utilization strategies of the cultural heritage corridors in the Three Gorges reservoir.Firstly,the cultural heritage corridors of the Three Gorges reservoir area are divided into three protection levels: core protection areas,control protection areas and peripheral development areas.Secondly,different protection and activation strategies are adopted for the type structure,value characteristics and preservation of cultural heritage resources in the cultural heritage corridor of the Three Gorges reservoir area.
