In recent years,the vigorous development of China's cultural and creative industries has shown the multi-dimensional,multilevel and multi-field era rebirth of culture under the Macro-Concept of "politics,production,learning,research and utilization".The animation industry,as an important position of cultural and creative industries,has animation works that can deeply reflect the cultural characteristics of a country and a nation,and have universal aesthetic value and rich connotation,which is the most solid foundation of the animation industry.As a multi-ethnic country,China has significant multi-ethnic cultural advantages.Minority animation is an important part of China's animation family,as well as an important part of Chinese culture,contributing to the development of China's animation industry.Today,with the continuous implementation of the strategy of "one belt and one road",Xinjiang,where many civilizations converge,combines the culture of the ancient Silk Road,and bears the special significance of cultural heritage and dissemination.The fertile land in the west of Xinjiang,which has abundant cultural,geographical,cultural and artistic resources,the diversity of multi-ethnic fusion culture and the uniqueness of multi-ethnic folk art,it also provides inexhaustible story creative materials and inexhaustible artistic expression patterns for the incubation of unique national animation works.As an important part of minority animation,Xinjiang minority animation bears the historic task of disseminating Xinjiang's pluralistic national culture.The research on the artistic creation of Xinjiang minority animation is not only for the need of inheriting and spreading minority culture,but also for the creation of Chinese animation to inject new vitality and vitality,which is conducive to the external dissemination and export of our national culture.This topic focuses on Xinjiang's cultural and creative industries in the new era,taking Xinjiang's minority animation works as the research object,the main contents are divided into the following four parts:Firstly,based on the context of the new era of Xinjiang animation industry,its development process is divided into three different historical stages by collecting historical documents.This paper combs and analyses the animation works of ethnic minorities in Xinjiang in each historical stage,and summarizes the background and characteristics of the works produced in different periods.Second,focusing on the Xinjiang minority theme animation art text performance style.This paper chooses the architectural,costume,dance,music and other national symbols of ethnic minorities in Xinjiang to use in animation works,and emphasizes that ethnic symbols in Xinjiang are the main artistic characteristics of these animation works.Thirdly,it explores the narrative techniques in Xinjiang minority animation works,focusing on the strategies of defamiliarization narrative and cross-media narrative used in these animation art texts,highlighting the unique artistic charm brought by defamiliarization narrative of animation works and the importance of classical IP as the basis of cross-media.Fourthly,from the perspective of animation industry,this paper summarizes the problems of incomplete industrial chain,shortage of talents and lack of innovation in the content of animation works of ethnic minorities in Xinjiang.The development strategy of making use of the policy advantages of "one belt and one road",the unique geographical position of Xinjiang and the advantages of national integration and the advantages of creative elements such as rich national elements and cultural resources are put forward.
