"Modern History of Kazakhstan" is a historical book of Kazakhstan co-edited by Burkterby Oleman Aya Khan,Elima Musul Awanasova,and Arman Mullah Sulymanov.The book was published in 2014 by the Kazakhstan publishing house ????(?)??,which outlines the political,economic,social,educational aspects and resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan.The book is rich in content,reflecting the characteristics of realism,transitivity,generalization,and poly-system.Translation studies of this book are not only useful for readers to understand the developments and changes in the history of Kazakhstan,but also helpful to promote the mutual assistance and friendly exchanges between the “Belt and Road” and the countries along the line.Therefore,it is worthy of attention.Linguistics plays a vital role in solving problems in linguistic phenomena closely related to national conditions.In view of this,this article starts from the perspective of the study of the theory of linguistics based on the examples of Chinese translations of phrases,sentences and acronyms which reflect the national conditions in the historical work "Modern History of Kazakhstan".In order to reflect the "realism",adhering to the purpose of optimizing the quality of translated works,the paper puts forward six basic principles for the translation of historical works: "hypallage ","interpretation","nonego"," supplement" "conformity",and "sympathy ",which provide practical examples and gain experience for the translation of extraterritorial historical works.At the same time,it discusses and explains the construction of the national landscape of Kazakhstan language and the path of the knowledge system of language and national conditions,emphasizing the important role they play in the formation of learners' language ability and knowledge system.The purpose is to gradually establish a language learning structure and consciousness from small to large,to accumulate experience for learning and applying.This thesis consists of five chapters,which are divided into three parts: introduction,body and conclusion.The introduction mainly introduces the topic selection,research significance,research dynamics,research methods and innovations.The body consists of three parts: the first part(the first chapter)introduces the characteristics of the original work and the profile of linguistics;the second part(Chapters 2 and 3)firstly analyzes the translation examples of vocabulary and sentences in "Modern History of Kazakhstan";then states the translation strategies and principles of historical works;the third part(chapters 4 and 5),firstly analyze the information about Kazakhstan's national conditions in the work,then discuss the path of the language learner's language framework and the construction of the knowledge system;the conclusion part combs the above content and summarize the full-text view,harvest and deficiency."Modern History of Kazakhstan" is a new and unresearched work,which belongs to the research of unfinished translation,being different from the "sorry" research of the finished translation in the past.It is also a research of correction.Its perspective is novel,providing new ideas for the text translation.
