| Role pressure is an important source of stress for employees,which has a great impact on the physical and mental health of employees.At the same time,it also has a serious impact on employee behavior,turnover intention and work performance.The human The human resources practitioners employees employees coordinate and manage all the employees of the enterprise,which plays a decisive role in stimulating the talents of the enterprise employees.Therefore,the excessive anti-production behavior of the staff in this department will seriously affect the healthy development of the organization.The research of the anti-production behavior of the human resources practitioners is still very deficient,and role pressure is mostly used as a source of work pressure in the academic world.Domestic scholars’ research on work stress mainly focuses on staff in high-risk environments such as teachers,nurses,and police,while the special research of the human resources practitioners as the object is relatively rare.In this paper,the role pressure is used as an antecedent variable to study its mechanism of anti-production behavior,and the enterprise human resources practitioners are the research object.It is an important supplement to the empirical research in the field of role pressure,and according to the work characteristics of the human resources practitioners,the introduction of emotional labor as intermediary variables,provides a new perspective for the study of anti-production behavior.This paper investigates and studies the level of role stress,organizational support,emotional labor and anti-productive behavior of human resource practitioners,and comparative analysis on the relationship between the four each other,The mediating roles of perceived organizational support and emotional labor in the process of role stress affecting anti-production behaviors are discussed in depth.Exploring the influence mechanism of role pressure,organizational support and emotional labor on anti-production behavior is explored,which has far-reaching influence on enterprise management and the healthy development of employees.In this study,a questionnaire survey was conducted on 247 human resource practitioners.It used the bias to verify the non-parametric percentile Bootstrap confidence interval method and used the SPSS21.0 software PROCESS plugin toperform multiple mediation effects analysis.It turns out that:(1)The role pressure is significantly positively correlated with anti-production behavior;(2)Organizational support is significantly negatively correlated with anti-production behavior;(3)Surface play is significantly positively correlated with anti-production behavior;(4)Natural expression is negatively correlated with anti-production behavior;(5)Organizational support is significantly negatively correlated with surface play;(6)The role of surface play and organizational support plays a multiple mediating role in the influence of role pressure on anti-production behavior. |
