"Wen Xin Diao Long",which is famous for its literary theory,has a leading position in the history of Chinese literary theory criticism.Its author Liu Xie is also a recognized literary theorist and literary critic.However,Liu Xie,who regards the sage as the highest model and is learned in Confucian Books and anastomoses the thought of other thinkers,actually injects his literary theory of "Wen Xin Diao Long"into thoughts on the universe and life.These philosophical reflections make "Wen Xin Diao Long"have a philosophical vision that was not possessed by previous literary works,and build a solid theoretical foundation for his rigorous ideology.The value of Wen Xin Diao Long is sublimated from the book of literary writing guidance to the book of life style.Therefore,in order to truly explore the source of the value of "Wen Xin Diao Long",we must fully understand the philosophical ideology system that Liu Xie built in "Wen Xin Diao Long".This thesis tries to explore the philosophical system of the roots of the literary theory of "Wen Xin Diao Long" from the perspective of "Mind of Tao" and "Mind of Literature".This thesis is divided into six parts.The introduction section is to sum up the meaning of selecting this topic and the research methods,and to sort out the achievements that the current academic circles have made in the study of "Wen Xin Diao Long".The first chapter is Liu Xie and "Wen Xin Diao Long".First,it summarizes the background of the era of thoughts,his life,and the structure and content of "Wen Xin Diao Long".The loss of his father in the early years made Liu Xie,s family in the straitened circumstances,and therefore he chose to Join the Buddha.Even though he had visited the Buddhist scriptures and experienced hardships and tribulations,he still had the lofty ideals and ambitions and actively demonstrated his own value through writing.Liu Xie regarded the Confucian sages and scriptures as models,and drew on the strengths of other thinkers in his thoughts.In the difficult life situation,he wrote the great book "Wen Xin Diao Long",which expressed the pursuit of seclusion to protect one’s own will and carried out his own ideas,and the life style of constantly striving to strengthen himself.The second chapter is "Mind of Literature" in the Universe Vision.It mainly explains the theoretical foundation system of "Literature of Heaven","Literature of People","Literature of Tao","Mind of Tao" and "Mind of Literature" through connecting heaven and earth from the perspective of the universe.The scene presented by well-endowed world of heaven and earth is "Literature of Heaven".This "Literature of Heaven" shows the elegance of all things in the world.Compared with all things in heaven and earth,people are"Mind of Heaven and Earth" and compared with all substances without mind,people are "Substance with Mind".Therefore,people have the same "Literature" as everything in heaven and earth,which is called "Literature of People".People also show their unique style through "Literature of People".The reason why "Literature of Heaven" and "Literature of People" can maximize their own life style is that there is "Tao" as the basis of its internal foundation,and Tao" is presented in "Literature",where the highest paradigm meaning of the "Literature of Tao" exists.If people want to deeply grasp the "Literature of Tao",they must fully understand the origin of "Tao",that is,"Mind of Tao".The so-called "Mind of Tao" is fully realizing the original mind of "Tao".When the "Mind of Tao" is implemented in "Mind of Literature",it will be able to maximize the achievement of "Literature of People" in order to realize its unique literary grace and style in this "Literature of People".The third chapter is "Literature of People" Model Based on "Mind of Tao".It mainly explains the four kinds of "Literature of People" with typical meanings of"Sage","Confucian Classics","Books About Charms" and "The Songs of Chu".The sages and their Confucian classics are the highest example of "Literature of People".Although there are shortcomings in Books About Charms and The Songs of Chu,which are emerging after those classics and cannot be placed on a par with those classics,they also present literary talent to some extent and can be used for reference.The fourth chapter is Presentation of Life Based on Combination Between "Mind of Tao" and "Mind of Literature".First,it explains the practice guidelines of "Zheng,Zong,Zheng,Bian" for "Sage","Confucian Classics","Books About Charms" and "The Songs of Chu".Because "Sage","Confucian Classics","Books About Charms" and"The Songs of Chu" have the highest exemplary meaning,they are the main methods of writing."Books About Charms" and "The Songs of Chu" also present the grace of people to some extent.Therefore,we must correct and identify them and extract their valuable parts,revealing the value criterion "based on formal and official writing,grasped informal and unofficial writing" advocated by Liu Xie.Then,it elucidates the personal life style that Liu Xie presented through "Wen Xin Diao Long",which is mainly re:flected in two aspects:the political ambition of "Cultivate Virtue When the Time has not Come" and his own writing goal of "The Mind Expressed by the Article".In the conclusion chapter,it briefly summarizes the essence of the philosophical system of "Wen Xin Diao Long" and points out the display of life style and its voice for the times.
