The Study On The Yan Xishan's Interpersonal Relation

This article makes a comprehensive study from the relationship and contact of Yan Xishan of the clan members and the relatives,interpersonal relationship of the period of Yan Xishan's school and from beginning to end the Taiyuan Uprising,interpersonal relationship during Yan Xishan's administration in Shanxi.Based on this research,the characteristics of Yan Xishan's interpersonal relationships are summarized and evaluated.The first chapter makes a study from the relationship and contact of Yan Xishan of the clan members and the relatives.In this chapter,through the investigation from the relationship and contact of Yan Xishan of the clan members and the relatives,it was known that the first sixth generation of the clan made a living mainly from agriculture.The sixth generation of the Yan Xishan's family,that is,the great-grandfather Yan Xingtai,began to engage in business,laying the foundation for the development of the family.From the ninth generation of the Yan Xishan's family,Yan Xishan took charge of the political power in Shanxi province,the scale of the Yan Xishan family and their clan families reached its peak.Yan Xishan has strengthened the control over political and economic power in Shanxi province by means of the relationship and contact of Yan Xishan of the clan members and the relatives into political and economic organizations in Shanxi province.The second chapter studies interpersonal relationship of the period of Yan Xishan's school and from beginning to end the Taiyuan Uprising.The study has shown that the interpersonal relationship of the period of Yan Xishan's school and from beginning to end the Taiyuan Uprising mainly reflected in three aspects:First,Yan Xishan achieved the goal of expanding personal relations through the means of the private relations,such as the relations of classmate relations,the same county;Second,Yan Xishan's personal political promotion mainly relied on the relations of classmate relations,the same county;Third,Yan Xishan established an autocratic regime of loyalty to individuals through private relationships,such as brotherhood,fellow countrymen,and classmates.The third chapter studies interpersonal relationship during Yan Xishan's administration in Shanxi province.The study has shown the interpersonal relations of Yan Xishan are mainly reflected in three aspects: First,the private contacts between Yan Xishan and military and political personal overridden the political organizations.The private relationships often determined their political relations and often result from politics.The private interests of the political groups frequently became enemies with each other;Second,the political contacts between Yan Xishan and the military and political personnel in Shanxi province were based on the personal allegiance.Political groups often became divided and combined due to personal relations;Third,although Yan Xishan and the leaders of the Communist Party of China the political contacts were based on common anti-Japanese targets,they often leaded to political separation because of Yan Xishan's political speculation.The fourth chapter summarizes the characteristics of Yan Xishan's interpersonal relationships and evaluates his interpersonal relationships.The characteristics of Yan Xishan's interpersonal relationships mainly included three aspects: First,Yan Xishan's relations of clan and relatives permeated Shanxi's public power;Second,Yan Xishan's main political relationship is based on private allegiance;Third,Yan Xishan's private relations overridden the political organizations in Shanxi province.The above three aspects were the foundation of Yan Xishan's political autocracy in Shanxi province.
