Precision Instruction is the guarantee for achieving a scientific and efficient classroom.In the previous precision instruction,teachers usually use pens to record the students' performance on the roster in the course of teaching and practice,and then analyze the weakness of the students in the study,suggesting students spending more time in remedying the weakness in their next step.This way is time-consuming and laborious,which can't fully reflect a student's learning situation,and can't really achieve precision instruction.So many teachers have given up precision instruction in the process of practice.That is to say,precision instruction is ignored by educators in China because of the lack of technical support,and gradually loses its vitality.In order to solve this problem,this study introduces the information technology into the precision instruction.But how to integrate the two effectively and maximize their efficiency is a new challenge for contemporary education.There have been some research results about the precision instruction based on information technology at home and abroad,but the researches only demonstrate that it is a more promising way of teaching,and mainly discuss the application of learning theory and educational theory about IT-based education,which do not contribute to the practice.Taking the author's school as the experimental base,the author has done some research about the problems of precision instruction and how to make good use of the information technology to solve them.In order to solve the problems above,this study takes the two classes(one is an information experimental class and the other is a traditional teaching class)taught by the author as the research subject.Experimental environment is the real classroom teaching environment.Before and during the experiment,the author observed the targets purposely to find out whether the information technology has advantages in achieving the precision instruction and how to exploit the advantages to a greater extent.The author also sent questionnaires to 100 students in the information experimental classes in her school,mainly focusing on the advantages of information technology,precision instruction problems and improvement measures.The questionnaire is composed of multiple-choice questions and essay questions.In order to better understand teachers' thoughts and problems of information-based precision instruction,and also to put forward more targeted solutions,the author interviewed teachers' representatives of three age groups.The interview questions refer to the difficulties and problems of precision instruction and how to integrate information technology and precision instruction to improve the teaching quality?Questionnaires and interviews are based on the theory of constructivism,humanism and the Development Zone,the mobile teaching model and the mixed teaching model.By analyzing the data from experiments,the author summarizes the development of high school classroom precision instruction and problems encountered.In view of the problems,the author concludes that teachers should make good use of the advantages of information technology and combine information technology and fine management.Teachers should also make teaching more rational and reliable on the basis of students' real-time performance data.Teachers should embody precision instruction in many aspects of pre-class,while-class and after-class teaching,including “precise preparation”,“precise help”,“precise exercise”,“precise homework” and so on to improve the quality of teaching.This study provides practical teaching suggestions for front-line teachers,and has practical significance for practical classroom teaching design.
