Abstract/Summary:
With the more and more frequent exchanges of current international economic,trade,cultural and scientific,as one of the most widely used languages in the world,English plays an important role in the process of economic globalization and informationization.It is to see such an important role of English,all countries around the world have put the learning of English in an important position,and have started to reform English education,especially given the importance of English learning for primary school students.In this background,in 2001,at the beginning of the 21 st century,the Ministry of Education of China included the English course in the elementary school course system,and listed it as a compulsory subject for primary school students.Classroom management is an important guarantee for the quality of classroom teaching.Since the development of primary school English classroom teaching in China,the traditional classroom management concept has been unable to adapt to modern primary school English classroom teaching,which has seriously affected the quality of classroom teaching and urgently needs to improve the traditional classroom management philosophy.At the same time,researchers in the field of education are concerned with a new management concept that stems from the management of corporate culture------cultural management,and cultural management is mainly through the construction of organizational culture that influences the thoughts and behaviors of people through organizations.The cultivation of common values of members,the promotion of self-realization and all-round development of people,the realization of the management of the organization and management goals;its successful practice in the management of enterprises,prompts researchers to introduce it into all aspects of education,primary school English classroom culture management is one of the aspects.The primary school English classroom culture management is to implement the culture management in the primary school English classroom teaching;the primary school English classroom management under the visual field of culture management is based on students,through the construction of the classroom culture,to promote students’ interest in learning English,and promote the students’ all-round development.What is the situation of cultural management in the implementation of the primary school English classroom management,which has aroused the author’s research interest,and here is this research paper.In this study,the author mainly used literature analysis,questionnaire survey and case analysis to conduct research.First of all,the author uses the literature analysis method to sort out the research status of the primary school English classroom cultural management,and theoretically discusses the connotation and theoretical basis of the primary school English classroom culture management;Second,the author uses the questionnaire survey method to probe the primary school English classroom cultural management;Finally,the author supplemented with case studies to make up for the first two methods of research.Through research,it is found that in the implementation of the primary school English classroom cultural management,the frontline teachers’ cultural management awareness is weak.In the process of management,the students’ classroom subjectivity is neglected;the classroom management means are single;the classroom culture is missing;the classroom management goals are deviated;and the classroom teaching evaluation Simple;In this regard,the author points out that the implementation of primary school English classroom cultural management implementation strategy.
