Comparative Study Between Chinese And Western Discourse Of Everyday Life

Since the appearance of the discourse of Everyday Life in twentieth Century,it has been combined with other theories,becoming a new research field of philosophy and aesthetics,and forming a systematic discourse system.The domestic academic circles usually learn from the western theory and background to express the understanding of the discourse,which is likely to cover the local cultural connotation,and make some influence on the current study of the Everyday Life discourse.At present,the Western understanding of the discourse can be divided into two basic orientations.One makes the internal clarification of the everyday life,showing the proposition of the philosophy of care.Another thinks the ordinary world as a common repeat in the presence,which may restrain the thinking skills regarding creativity and initiative,and criticism about ‘daily life' should be carried out and use the artistic way to liberate the desire within people as well as reconstruct the life word.A step from "self in existence" to "self existence" should be took.In general,the real world and daily life are thought as two worlds separate,and the relationship between man and the world is a kind of understanding and understanding.While the Chinese traditional culture is a kind of symbiotic culture based on Confucianism,Buddhism and Taoism.In this local cultural background,Everyday Life has a characteristic of a focus on the moment,regardless of the subject and object,and integration the daily life and the art world.So back to the theoretical connotation of the discourse itself,sorting the similarities and differences from the Chinese and western culture philosophy of Everyday Life discourse.A comparison between Chinese and Western thought in daily consensus and the problem of the subjectivity of people as well as the solution of the problem of alienation of the differences is made.This paper argues that the local Everyday Life discourse not only has a daily feature of practical rationality but also contains the aesthetic art of life,which is a unique view of life with a strong balance and tolerance,deeply influencing Chinese daily thinking and psychology,distinguishing greatly from western construction of Everyday Life.This comparative study may do some help to seize the present change of daily life,and also to learn the essence of the discourse of western theory and promote the construction of the national Everyday Life theory of discourse at the same time.
