Adult attachment mainly describes an emotional connection.It is deeply influenced by early parent-child attachment and changes in later interpersonal interactions.Adult attachment as a mode of attachment to others affects the relationship with others.Adult attachment will affect individual self-evaluation,and it will also affect the individual's understanding of self.Self-evaluation and self-awareness will predict our different interpersonal effectiveness,which will further affect our interpersonal behavior.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the relationship between adult attachment and interpersonal effectiveness.This article uses Li Tonggui's revised intimacy experience scale,the college student self-compassion questionnaire compiled by Hou Jiajie,the core self-evaluation scale revised by Du Jianzheng,and the college student interpersonal effectiveness scale compiled by Xie Jing,and randomly selects 450 college students in Sichuan Province,as research target.Use SPSS and Mplus statistical software to analyze the data.The basic status of college students' adult attachment,self-compassion,core self-evaluation,and interpersonal effectiveness are understood.The mediating role of self-compassioon and core self-assessment between adult attachment and interpersonal efficacy is explored.On this basis,it proposes to improve college students' adult attachment,self-compassion,and core self-evaluation levels,so as to further improve the college students' interpersonal effectiveness level.Research indicats:1.The college students' attachment avoidance and attachment anxiety level are low,and attachment avoidance is significantly different on the birthplace.2.The core self-evaluation of college students is in the middle-upper level,and there are significant differences in the way of family education.3.Self-compassion of college students is in the middle-upper level,and there is no significant difference in demographic variables.4.College students' development of interpersonal efficiency is better,and there are significant differences in family education methods.5.There is a significant correlation between college adult attachment(attachment anxiety,attachment avoidance),self-compassion,core self-evaluation,and interpersonal effectiveness.6.Students' attachment avoidance can negatively predict the interpersonal efficiency.Self-compassion and core self-evaluation can positively predict the interpersonal effectiveness.7.Self-compassion and core self-evaluation are mediating variables between attachment avoidance and interpersonal efficiency.Some mediation effects are significant.Based on the results of this study,it is suggested that the following points should be made in education:1.Parents can learn scientific home education concepts through various channels.2.The relevant departments of the school should encourage students to participate in various organizational activities and do a good job of grooming individual students.3.Students should look at themselves correctly,and establish self-confidence.
