Research On The Types,Distribution And Operation Of Qiang Traditional Villages

In this paper takes the traditional villages of Qiang where at the upstream of the Minjiang River as the survey respondent.It aims at the research of the traditional villages of Qiang in current academic research,which lack of holistic thinking.And this thesis explores the style,distribution and running of the traditional villages of Qiang where at the upstream of the Minjiang River,it will through history,historical geography,literature,architecture and other interdisciplinary research methods to solve the problem.The types of traditional Qiang villages have different standards.According to its main functions can be divided into farming,tourism and compound.According to the size of a large,medium and small village.According to the level of traditional villages can be divided into national,provincial and three ordinary Qiang.The result shows that large scale and high level of the village is often national traditional village that is complex and tourism oriented;and the medium scale and level is the provincial traditional village;and small scale and low level of the village is just used for traditional agriculture and animal husbandry management,and this kind of village is often the main livelihood of ordinary village.To realize the overall protection,inheritance and utilization of the traditional villages of the Qiang people,it is necessary to pay more attention to the development of the traditional village of the Qiang people.Through the inquiry into the situation and distribution of the traditional village of the Qiang Nationality which is selected as the national and provincial traditional villages,which is considered that the traditional villages of the Qiang people are relatively concentrated,and the villages have a lumpy distribution,which line out over the river.And the villages along main river are dense,and the village s along tributary river are sparse.Beyond that,the character of the distribution of the villages are vertical,the villages on more on the high altitude and less on low altitude.From a spatial perspective,the number of traditional villages in the Qiang nationality is not large,the scope is small,the function is single,and the scale is not large,which is directly proportional to the population density.The connection between villages needs to be strengthened.Analysis from the two aspects of the mode of production and way of life,it shows that the historical period of nomadic stage of Qiang village log for extensive crop farming,and they also live on animal husbandry or take the animal husbandry as supplement.With the development of Qiang history,people gradually settled down.Planting began to replace animal husbandry become the dominant life,and people who live in the village can achieve self-sufficiency.By contrastive analysis,the traditional village is fit to the way of compound type,which can be a paradigm to learn.Otherwise,development of urbanization of the traditional villages of the Qiang nationality should put emphasis on economic construction,and strength the core position of cities and take the implementation of policies as supplement,and comprehensively promote the overall improvement of Qiang traditional villages.
