Xi'an Sports Dance Training Organization Training Standardization Research

As a combination of fitness and beauty,sports dance is loved by many people.The sports dance training institutions have also been springing up with the increase of the number of people involved in the dance.Although the development prospects of the dance training institutions are getting better and better,the number of opening is increasing year by year.But there are many problems of non standard operation,no progress teaching,and the purpose of profit are greater than the teaching purpose,which affect the training of dance.The quality of teaching hinders the development of the dance training industry,and the unplanned and unplanned dance teaching will also affect the teaching quality and future development of the dance training institutions.In this study,the practical investigation and analysis of the curriculum,teachers,operation and students' evaluation of Xi'an sports dance training institutions are carried out by using the methods of literature,expert interview,questionnaire,field investigation and mathematical statistics,and find out the existence of the operation of the body education and dance training institutions in Xi'an.The problem is to analyze the bad influence of non standardized operation on sports dance training market.The conclusion is that 1.Xi'an sports dance training institutions are independent schools,and do not declare,approve and register in the corresponding departments according to the relevant functional departments.2.,most of the sports dance training institutions in Xi'an have problems of poor hardware facilities or incomplete hardware facilities.3.,the level of teachers in Xi'an sports dance training institutions is uneven,and there is a lack of guidelines or systems for teacher management.4 in the sports dance training institutions in Xi'an,most of the training institutions have a strong purpose in teaching profitability,lack of a perfect management system,and the teaching management is rather chaotic.And put forward the corresponding solutions through analysis: 1.,registration and registration should be institutionalized.2.rules and regulations governing the management of dance training institutions.3.,steaching staff should be hired and checked,and grade management should be established.4.standard teaching management.It also putsforward suggestions and suggestions on the non standard problems in Xi'an sports dance training,and provides a reference for improving the standardized development of the sports dance training market in Xi'an and its surrounding areas.
