The Study On The Inheritance And Function Evolution Of The Yuefu System In Qin And Han Dynasties

This passage mainly talks about the inheritance and function evolution of the Yuefu system in Qin and Han dynasties.While researching on the origin and functional problems of the Yuefu,the author finds that the academic community has not sufficiently discussed the system and functions of the Qin Dynasty's Yuefu government and paid insufficient attention to the inheritance of the Qin and Han Yuefu.The incident of setting Yuefu in the time of Emperor Hanwu is also lacking of concentration.This situation is mainly due to limited research materials.Scholars lack understanding of the Qin Dynasty Yuefu and can not grasp the development of Yuefu.The emergence of archaeological materials provides an opportunity for further study of the Yuefu system and functional issues.Based on the currently known archaeological materials related to Yuefu,this article combines the handed down documents from the“ The establishment of The Warring States Period Qin Dynasty and the Qin Dynasty's Yuefu";"The development of the Yuefu system and functions during the early Han and Emperor Wu periods",and “The reform of the Yuefu System in the late Western Han Dynasty” can help grasped the relationship between the inheritance and development of Qin and Han Yuefu,and finally re-examined and evaluated in Emperor Hanwu 's setting in Yuefu from the perspective of communication science.The first chapter mainly discusses the settings of the Warring States Period Qin Dynasty and the Qin Dynasty.The stone chime in North Palace triggered the scholars' discussion of the possibility of Yuefu institutions for the late Warring States period.Besides,the emergences of Yuefu bell,Qin lute and other archaeological materials of Yuefu institutions have proved that the Qin Dynasty is not only a mature official institution,but also with functions to manufacture,preserve and allocate musical instruments,and so on.The second chapter compares the system and functions of the Yuefu between the Qin Dynasty and early Han Dynasty.It is found that the Yuefu institution in the early Han Dynasty inherited from the Qin Dynasty.The adjustment at that time was limited in the call name.Until the Han Dynasty,the large-scale reform was implemented.During the EmperorHanwu's period,Yuefu added functions such as sacrificial offerings and composing lyrics.Under the influence of the Han Dynasty Dynasties,a large number of Han folk songs were preserved.In addition,Wu Di's communication activities from the top to the bottom have broken the boundaries of the music and folk music to a certain extent,cultivated the public's aesthetic taste,and contributed to the formation of Yuefu culture.The third chapter mainly analyzes the reform of Emperor Cheng and Ai.The rulers of the late Western Han Dynasty realized that the pan-entertainment lifestyle would disrupt social order to a certain extent.In order to uphold the social atmosphere,Emperor Cheng and Ai tried to strict the functions and preparations of some of the Yuefu.However,these two reforms were not thorough,and even contributed to the development and downward movement of music and dance activities in the Western Han Dynasty.To sum up,we can see that the Emperor Wu's setting in Yuefu is the source of the formation of Yuefu culture in the Han Dynasty.The expansion of Yuefu's functions has expanded the scope of Yuefu culture;making Yuefu culture has a broad audience base and certain groupers.At the same time,the transmission characteristics of poetry,music,and music also make Yuefu musicians have social epidemics and group participation in the dissemination process.With the emergence of Yuefu's social communication function,the appreciation of music,dance,and drama has gradually become a social cultural habit.The spirit of advocating joy and pursuing freedom in the performances of music and dance has also evolved into the characteristics of Yuefu culture.Yuefu culture eventually becomes a culture that everyone longs for.
