| The Dunhuang Grottoes are an important one in the history of human art since th ey were excavated.From the beginning not to be noticed by people,to researchers fro m different perspectives of its analysis and research.As one of the most important cul tural heritages of the 21 st century,a large number of caves,statues,and murals have b een preserved so far.The Discovery of Cave 17 in the Library Cave,opened a new ga te for the study of Dunhuang painting.The richness of its books and the wonderful pai ntings are all praised by the world.These rich and valuable heritage have become the basic data of Dunhuang studies in the past hundred years.In the drawings unearthed i n the Dunhuang caves,some of the works belong to the period of the Guiyijun.About the Guiyijun history,to explore the one or two can be handed down from previous stu dies and historical records.However,the discovery of the Library Cave brought us a l ot of documents and imagery during the Guiyijun period,from another perspective re veals the historical development of this period as well as the state of power and econo my.Therefore,the main research object of this article is the collection of fine “white paintings” from Dunhuang posthumous writings,some of these white paintings have a definite chronological year,some of them can be roughly classified into this period th rough comparative analysis.Through image collection,field visits,access to relevant literature and Buddhist scriptures,and comprehensive use of methods such as imagery,combing the white paintings of the Guiyijun period.This paper analyzes the content,form and artistic characteristics of Dunhuang white painting.The white paintings in t his period are divided into stages,and the artistic characteristics of this period are sum marized,and the development and origin of white paintings are briefly narrated.Then,have a further understanding of the characteristics of the Buddhist art of the Guiyijun period. |
