Guzheng is China’s inherent plucked instrument,has a long historical tradition.As early as the warring states period guzheng has prevailed in the qin dynasty.Since the tang dynasty ten three-stringed zheng was introduced into Japan,since introduced to Japan,are popular with the Japanese,Japanese for a long time,became the most important in Japan is also one of the most popular ethnic Musical Instruments,is a very important part of the Japanese music culture.Ten three-stringed zheng and schools in Japan,enduring,and has a strict inheritance,make it an old musical instrument is able to preserve the appearance of the oldest.But in today’s China’s popularization of guzheng has along with the time development the 21 st strings zither has been in use today.Between the two countries "guzheng" consanguinity of source,in the development of the two countries experiencing different,and different music culture,with its own characteristics.As a musical instrument,also has experienced hundreds of years,also belong to the east Asian countries,in the development process of the same form various schools,but today,their schools and inheritance way,even the shape of zheng,the use of Yi Jia,playing techniques have quite big difference.The focus of this study is through traditional guzheng,traditional schools and genres passing on this a few aspects to study the two countries traditional guzheng genre.Through the study of traditional guzheng genre between the two countries to the pattern in this field for China now to build a certain reference.
