The Research On Mongolian Judicial Archives Of Alashan Hoshud League In Qing Dynasty

"Mongolian Archives anthology of Alashan Hoshud League in Qing Dynasty " compiles the documents of communication between Alashan Hoshud League and Lifan Yuan,Ningxia and the league near Mongolian Union Banner on Mongolian people's affairs,as well as the documents of handling official affairs inside the flag during the Qing Dynasty.From the perspective of philology.this paper studies and analyzes 800 relevant judicial archives which is selected from “Mongolian Archives anthology of Alashan Hoshud League in Qing Dynasty” and discusses the relevant legal documents' form and content which is bulided by the relation between Alashan Hoshud League and other Yamen in the Qing Dynasty.This paper mainly studies the use of the Mongolian legal documents,the structure of the documents,the order of the documents and the contents of the judicial documents of the Alashan Hoshud League in Qing Dynasty from different perspective of social history.This paper is composed of four parts.In Chapter 1(In the preface),it introduces the significance of the topic.the related research achievements,the related literature.the research methods and the innovation of the paper.In Chapter 2.this paper introduces the relationship between documents and archives.the introduction of Mongolian Archives anthology of Alashan Hoshud League in Qing Dynasty and the brief introduction of relevant legal documents.In Chapter 3.It studies the form of the imperial edict issued by Lifan Yuan to Alashan Hoshud League,the form of the relevant legal documents of Alashan Hoshud League in encyclical,notice,judgment and letter.The form of the statutes and instruments promulgated by Alashan Hoshud League.In Chapter 4,it studied the contents of the imperial edict issued by Lifan Yuan to Alashan Hoshud League,the economic situation and the protection of grassland,which were reflected in the relevant legal documents of Alashan Hoshud League in Qing Dynasty.
