Moe anthropomorphism is a kind of character design method that differentiates from anthropomorphism.The main approach is to deconstruct things,retain their main characteristics,and transform them into human characters.Japan accepted the design rules for the role of animal characters in the American cartoon,expanded it,and developed a different way.Starting from the roots of anthropomorphic design,this article traces the causes of the emergence of humanoids and uses the “Kantai Collection” and “Kemono Friends” as examples to analyze the reasons for the success of the moe anthropomorphism in Japan and the world,what characteristics should the characters have,and point out some problems that China’s later moe anthropomorphism characters have.With the social-economic development demand for the prosperity of cultural and creative industries,anthropomorphic design also has unlimited design space,it can be said that as long as new things appear,it will certainly appear a corresponding to personification character.Throughout the animation production from nowadays to the present day,no matter how the technology is reformed,how the subject matter changes,the anthropomorphic approach always runs through the whole process,and the veritable humanization as a new thing developed on it has a broader prospect worthy of us to discover.
